Banbury United 1 Casuals Ladies 2

Yesterday was a day to remember, with Walton Casuals Ladies making history by playing their first ever SSE Women’s FA Cup game.

After going in at half time 1-0 down the ladies recovered their composure and came away 2-1 winners. With goals from Bernice Tully and Molly Jones, the ladies are now in the draw for the First Round Qualifying. Only 10 games to the final…

This coming weekend also marks the end of a long battle to get the ladies playing back at the Xcel Sports Hub, as the reserves kick off their campaign at 3pm with Baldon Sports the visitors.  Entry is free, so please come and show your support to this great bunch of girls.

The first team also kick off their league campaign away to Hampton & Richmond, 1pm kick off.

Ladies Games Postponed

Due to the adverse weather of the last 24 hours, both ladies games this Sunday (3rd February) have been postponed.

The first team were due to play Enfield Town Ladies away and the reserves were due to play Wanderers WFC at Elm Grove Rec.
